1. Subscription Overview

Eklectiq Enterprise Community is a monthly subscription service that grants members access to exclusive resources, content, coaching, and community interaction, all tailored to help independent artists thrive in the music industry.

2. Subscription Payment

Recurring Billing: By subscribing to the Eklectiq Enterprise Community, you authorize Eklectiq Enterprise to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis, starting from the date of your initial purchase.
Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same day you made the initial purchase (e.g., if you subscribed on the 10th, your renewal date will be the 10th of each subsequent month).
Pricing: The subscription price will be displayed at the time of purchase and may vary depending on current offers. Eklectiq Enterprise reserves the right to adjust subscription fees at any time with prior notice to existing members.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Eklectiq Enterprise support.
End of Billing Cycle: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Eklectiq Enterprise Community until the last day of the month in which you cancel.
No Refunds for Partial Month: Since access is granted for the entire month, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made partway through the month.

4. Subscription Management

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date. If a payment fails due to expired or invalid payment details, access to the community may be paused until the payment is successfully processed.

5. Refund Policy

No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you do not use your subscription during the period. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded for any unused portion of the month.

6. Content and Access

Exclusive Access: Your subscription grants you access to members-only content, webinars, coaching sessions, and discussions led by Tanishka "To-To" Wilson, as well as resources tailored for independent artists.
Content Changes: Eklectiq Enterprise reserves the right to add, modify, or remove content at any time to improve the experience for all members.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided within the Eklectiq Enterprise Community are the intellectual property of Eklectiq Enterprise and Tanishka Wilson. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content outside the community without express permission.

8. Code of Conduct

By joining the Eklectiq Enterprise Community, you agree to engage respectfully with other members and adhere to community guidelines. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in suspension or termination of your subscription without a refund.

9. Changes to Terms

Eklectiq Enterprise reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the subscription after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
